What this paper is about
Welcome to Leadership for Growth and Development (EXMBA561). Leaders today face volatile, complex and uncertain times. Navigating this environment requires leaders to draw on multiple perspectives, that facilitate growth through their ability to influence change. This course includes a diagnostic of your leadership (i.e., 360-feedback of your leadership behaviours). We cover a range of related topics including your personal leadership, Wayfinding Leadership, Next Level Inclusion and Immunity to Change.
We integrate these leadership theories and tools for change with your own personal learning experiences, ultimately culminating in leadership development.
How this paper will be taught
